Pets Welcome Upon Written Approval (Must Provide Photo & Vet Records)
Maximum of 2 pets per household.
One-Time-Non-refundable Pet Fee is $250.00.
Monthly Pet Rent-$25.00 per month per pet

Weight & Breed Restrictions Apply
Although we love all pets, the following breeds cannot live on the property: German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit Bulls, Dobermans, Akitas, Staffordshire Terriers, Chow-Chows, and Mastiffs.
All other pets will be on a case by case basis
